The 2024 AGM of the Lochee Residents and Tenants Association (Formally Phoenix Tenants Association) will be held at 5.30pm on Friday 15th November atBurnside Court Lounge, Lochee.

All interested parties are welcome to attend, and residents of all the Lochee multis are especially encouraged to attend.

This meeting will include a vote to update our constitution, formally adopting the new name of Lochee Residents and Tenants Association, and with it a new and expanded remit covering all Lochee Residents, no matter whether you own or rent your property nor whether your landlord is the council, a housing association or private.
